Alex Machaskee, currently the president of Alex Machaskee & Associates, a communication public relations firm, and former Cleveland journalist, was a colleague and close friend of the mayor.
Edward W. Rybka was a close friend and political ally of the mayor who, as of this interview, is the director of the city's Building & Housing Department.
