Description: In this Green Thumb Club radio broadcast for the Cleveland Public Schools Horticulture program, instructor Mr. Luther Carr is the broadcaster in this program about recognizing student achievement in both school and home gardens. The 38th annual awards were held at the Higbee Department Store auditorium in downtown Cleveland on October 26, 1973, and were sponsored by the Garden Center of Greater Cleveland and the Cleveland Public Schools.
