Description: Friday Forum: Dr. Azmi Bishara, Palestinian member of the Israeli Knesset had his immunity lifted in a vote by the Knesset, and is to be tried on charges pursuant to the Prevention of Terrorism Ordinance (1948) and the Emergency Regulations (Foreign Travel)(1948). Dr. Bishara posits that if you want to extend the occupation against a people who do not accept it, you will have to use violence — there is no other way. The Samuel O.
